"The primary goal of the Estancia High School Spirit Program is to be a valuable asset to Estancia High School by participating in the athletic activity and time-honored traditions known as spirit leaders. This will be accomplished through achieving high academic success beyond the minimum eligibility requirements, increasing fan support and producing quality performances at various EHS sporting events, consistently encouraging the promotion of Eagle Spirit throughout Estancia High School, serving as ambassadors of Estancia High School and the City of Costa Mesa at other select events, and by providing a quality high school level competitive cheerleading program. In a nutshell, we are about developing our students in ATHLETICISM, SPORTSMANSHIP, SERVICE, and LEADERSHIP!"

As the Estancia Coaching Staff, we are committed to building a program rooted in fairness, respect, and opportunity. Every athlete is valued, held to high standards, and given the chance to grow, develop, and shine.
Our program goes beyond stunting and performing—it’s about representing our school with pride, supporting one another, and motivating our community. We honor traditions that align with our values and keep us grounded in school pride, dedication, accountability, and spirit. At the same time, we strive to grow each season, teaching not only athletic skills but also life lessons in leadership, perseverance, and integrity.
With over 30 years of combined experience in high school and collegiate athletics, cheer, dance, and professional performance, our coaching staff is dedicated to preparing athletes for success both in the program and in life.
Together, we hold ourselves to the highest standards of teamwork, respect, and dedication. We are proud of the program we are building and look forward to growing as one team, one family, and one tradition.
